    We are seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to join our Technology team in Singapore. 
    This role is responsible for leading end-to-end solution delivery across Asia Pacific, combining architecture expertise with strong delivery leadership. You will translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and ensure successful execution from design through to deployment and handover.  

    Key Responsibilities 

    Solution Architecture & Design 

    • Define end-to-end solution architectures across applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security 
    • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and implementation-ready solutions 
    • Produce key architecture artefacts (e.g. solution designs, diagrams, interface definitions) aligned to enterprise standards 
    • Assess solution options, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, providing clear recommendations 

    Delivery Leadership & Execution 

    • Own end-to-end delivery from design through build, test, deployment, and handover 
    • Drive delivery planning, tracking, and reporting across initiatives 
    • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure timely and quality delivery 
    • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure architecture is effectively implemented 

    Stakeholder, Vendor & Governance Management 

    • Act as the key solution authority across business, IT, and vendor stakeholders 
    • Lead architecture reviews and support governance forums and decision-making processes 
    • Ensure vendor solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and quality standards 

    Documentation & Communication 

    • Develop clear, executive-ready artefacts (e.g. business cases, solution proposals) 
    • Maintain documentation standards, version control, and audit traceability across the delivery lifecycle 

    What We’re Looking For

    • Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience 
    • At least 5 years of experience in solution delivery, architecture, or IT project management, with exposure to complex or enterprise environments 
    • Strong experience in solution architecture across applications, integration, data, and infrastructure domains 
    • Solid understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, including cloud, digital platforms, and emerging technologies (e.g. AI) 
    • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. insurance or financial services) with awareness of security and compliance requirements 
    • Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery and guide teams through complex implementations 
    • Strong analytical skills to evaluate solution options, risks, and dependencies

      We are seeking a Technology Delivery & Support Assistant Manager to join our Technology team based in Singapore. 
      This role is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and reliable delivery of IT infrastructure and technology services supporting regional application initiatives. You will play a key role in both project delivery and day-to-day infrastructure support, working closely with internal teams, Group IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and successful implementation of technology solutions.  

      Key Responsibilities 

      Application Project Implementation & Delivery 

      • Support delivery of application-related IT projects and regional / Group initiatives, including core systems and digital platforms 
      • Work with project managers, architects, and vendors on solution reviews, environment readiness, testing (SIT/UAT/performance), and go-live activities 
      • Coordinate infrastructure, security, and operational inputs for successful deployment 
      • Support post-implementation handover, incident management, and transition to BAU support 
      • Ensure compliance with Group IT standards, security requirements, and operational readiness 
      • Maintain key documentation including implementation materials and runbooks 

      Technology Support & Infrastructure Operations 

      • Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure operations to ensure systems are stable, secure, and available 
      • Provide Level 2/3 support across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user computing alongside outsourced Level 1 teams 
      • Manage incidents, problems, and service requests in line with SLAs and ITSM processes 
      • Ensure execution of patching, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and security controls 
      • Maintain system documentation and drive root-cause resolution for recurring issues 
      • Support infrastructure initiatives, asset tracking, and continuous improvement of IT operations 

      Stakeholder & Governance Management 

      • Act as liaison between business users, internal IT, Group IT (HQ), and vendors
      • Coordinate vendor activities across application delivery and infrastructure
      • Support governance processes including change, risk, audit, and compliance reporting
      • Escalate risks and support audits and reviews related to infrastructure and operations

      What We’re Looking For 

      • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
      • At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and/or IT project delivery 
      • Professional certifications such as ITIL, cloud or infrastructure certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Azure, AWS) are preferred 
      • Exposure to project or delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, hybrid, or waterfall) and certifications (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2) is an advantage 
      • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. insurance or financial services), with awareness of security and compliance requirements 
      • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology environments, with familiarity in emerging technologies (e.g. digital, cloud, AI) 
      • Ability to support and drive complex technology initiatives, balancing innovation with risk and compliance considerations
      • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage setbacks and deliver outcomes
